This document can be created by either NIPU Konsult HB (Bo Forsberg), by the becomming client to NIPU Consult HB or as a joint action. We normally sign off this document by use of DocuSign. This document is needed to support both NIPU Konsult HB and its client and will also contain a start and a stop of the collaboration.

Collaborations must adopt to Due Diligence EU as the company NIPU Konsult HB is located in Sweden and therfor must follow EU rules for collaborations with companies outside of EU. On the home page of Due Diligens EU it is clearly stated what countries this needs to apply to and what must be contained inside this Due Diligens form for approval.
